Returns

After receipt of the product, the buyer has a cooling off period of 14 days to dissolve the agreement and return the product without stating reasons. In addition, the buyer bears the responsibility and the costs of return shipment. In the event of dissolution, we will refund the amounts paid within 14 days of the receipt date of the return. The returned product must be returned to us undamaged and unused by the buyer. When purchasing a full box (sales unit), the return must be returned in the original packaging.
