REPAIR SET NATURAL LIGHT BEIGE - (AKEPOX 5010 + STONE POWDER + SANDING PAPER 60-120)

You can repair damage to light beige stone with the AKEMI REPAIR SET NATURAL STONE LIGHT BEIGE.

Contains:

• 2-component repair resin (Akepox 5010)
• 300g stone powder light beige
• 2x Sait Sandpaper K 60
• 2 x Sait Sandpaper K 120

• Also adheres to slightly damp surfaces
• Stable, non-bleeding, gel consistency. Can be used both horizontally and vertically.
• Akepox 5010 is transparent in color and can be colored with the supplied stone powder.
• Shrink-free curing

Method:

1. Degrease the area to be repaired with, for example, AKEMI Cleaner P, which can also be used to remove uncured Akepox residue. (Not included in the set)
2. Mix Akepox 5010 in a ratio of 2 to 1. Draw 2 lines of component A and 1 equal line of component B. Mix these well so that you get a nice homogeneous mixture. This remains workable for 20 minutes at 20°C. Heat speeds up and cold slows down the process.
3. You can make extra nice repairs by mixing +/- 50-70% stone powder with the Akepox. This way, after sanding you get the same look & feel as the stone itself.
4. After approximately 12-16 hours, the repair has hardened and is ready for further processing (drilling, sanding, polishing, etc.).
5. Do not use product below 5°C as sufficient curing will not occur.

For damage to honed/polished resin stone, you must also order color pigment Akepox black and higher grit sandpaper.
